DMCA Copyright Policy

Nakama Ai respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we have designated a copyright agent to receive notifications of claimed infringement.

Designated Copyright Agent

Nakama AI has a designated DMCA agent officially registered with the United States Copyright Office in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2).

To be effective, all DMCA notices must be submitted in writing to the email above. We do not accept notices by phone or social media.

How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content on nakamaai.app infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to nakamaai92@gmail.com containing ALL of the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (URL, character name, character ID, etc.)
4. Your contact information — name, address, phone number, and email address
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

We will respond to valid DMCA notices within 14 business days by removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content, and notifying the content uploader.

Counter-Notification

If content you submitted was removed in response to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed in error, you may send a counter-notification to nakamaai92@gmail.com including:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the removed content and its location before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the notifying party seeks a court order.

Repeat Infringers

Nakama Ai maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances, at our sole discretion.

False Notices

Be aware that filing a false DMCA notice is a serious matter. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Please consider carefully before filing a notice.

Modification of Content

This policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
